Thu, 4 May 2006 DJ Chester Chomp finally gets his act together in producing the show, which required him to remember to bring his power cord for the laptop. Talk about commitment to "Total Quality Management." In this episode, Chomp, Russ the Weatherguesser, Kimmy Showgirl and Moe (aka Clairebear) all give Buzzkill a big send-off, World of Sound style. Buzzkill will be studying for the next three weeks in China. (Yes, that's the People's Republic of China, Mr. President.) Buzzkill makes the fatal mistake of flashing his travel cash in the studio. The younglings quickly overpower Buzzkill, fleece him, and then steal his car to use as their getaway vehicle. Music by Prince and the Revolution, T'Pau, Propellerheads feat. Shirley Bassey, Antal Dorati, Public Enemy, Eagles, Public Image Ltd., Rob Dougan and The Ramones. All music licensed through ASCAP or directly from the composer. **NOTE - Mistake!!! DJ Chester Chomp was incorrect when he indicated that it is OK to burn CDs of World of Sound. After contacting ASCAP, he learned that COSLC would need to obtain a seperate "Mechanical License" to permit burning of the show onto a CD. At this time COSLC does not have such a license. Listen to corrected information on the May 17, 2006 podcast.**Comments[0] |
